This is an exciting post for us to share! It’s exciting not only because it includes a ton of gorgeous photos but because these two are family! Kilan's mom and Jennifer are first cousins and have grown up close. Jennifer and Kilan are close too so it was an honor for her to be able to capture so many sweet memories. Laura has known Kilan and her family for years so everyone was comfortable and at ease on Saturday. Kilan and Grayson completely trusted us with all our ideas, even standing in the rain with an umbrella to get the perfect picture. Their wedding day weather could not have been better. Kilan text us early with a picture of a rainbow that was right outside the bridal cottage. The temperature was in the upper 60's and we had just enough rain after the sparkler exit to capture and epic rain shot. Everyone kept talking about how much fun their reception was! DJ White & Clay with Joyful Entertainment had everyone on their feet and dancing! Rilee, Kilan's sister, made a sweet maid of honor speech and ended the night by catching the bouquet.
This truly was such a beautiful day. The weather, the couple, the celebration… it was a dream and we were so honored to be a part of it. Enjoy some of our favorites!
How beautiful was that wedding cake?! Heather, the brides mom made the cake. It is a tradition in our family that our grandmother and Heather would make our cakes. Grandma wasn't with us but I know that she was smiling down on that delicious cake and happy that Heather kept the tradition going.
