This wedding was so special because they have been waiting for this day for almost 10 years. Yes, TEN years! The two met at a bonfire in high school and instantly became friends, at the end of the school year Phillip wrote his number in Darla's year book...{fast forward ten years} and these two are MARRIED!
Darla and Phillip tied the knot at the Myrtle Beach Train Depot. The train depot is full of character with its exposed wood trusses, flooring, and beautiful brick walls. The day started out at a local hotel where the bridal party was getting ready. We could see the mist falling onto the ocean from the hotel room, Darla did not seemed to be bothered by the rain, she was so laid back and happy! {We said a little prayer...hoping that the rain would stop long enough to get their wedding portraits.} Phillip and the guys were joking and laughing as they got ready for the big day.
We then moved to the venue and the rain stopped!! {Yay!} Darla and Phillip did their first look and we took all of their portraits before the ceremony! After the ceremony Phillip and Darla were able to enjoy their guest and dance the night away! We loved all of the sentimental items that were included in Phillip and Darla's big day. The woodwork was done by her Grandpa Danny Steed and her guestbook was made by her Grandpa Houston Ramsey.
Darla and Phillip, we are so thankful that we were able to spend such a special day with you! Enjoy a few of our favorites from your big day!

These groomsmen had so much personality! They had a fun time!

Darla's first look with her Dad. His reaction was so sweet!

The gorgeous bouquets were made by Darla's step-mom, Deanna.

Thank you for all of the Vendors who made their day beautiful, fun and one they will never forget.
